Shipping policy

Please email us at hello@thisandthatblooms.com for approval. If you choose to return an item, the return shipping is your responsibility and our actual initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. We do not offer return shipping labels. Items must be in original packaging and in their original state to be eligible for a refund. Receipts are needed and return will be applied to the original method of payment.
